Drying and Oil Filling

Drying and oil filling, which are among the important stages of the transformer manufacturing process, are carried out to maintain the transformer’s insulation performance and operational reliability.

Drying Process

A controlled drying process is applied to remove moisture that may occur in the windings and insulation materials located in the active part of the transformer. Oil Filling

Following the drying process, insulating oil suitable for the transformer’s technical specifications is filled under controlled conditions. The oil used must meet the required quality and insulation properties, which is of great importance for the transformer’s electrical and thermal performance.
